MY ORDER

When will I receive my order?

We prepare your orders as soon as we receive them. We strive to keep costs and delivery times as low as possible to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Your order will be delivered in two parts:

- We need about 1-3 days to prepare your order and quality control our products. Due to the high volume of orders we receive for this item, please note that sometimes the processing time may be longer.

- The item will then be prepared for dispatch in our warehouse and shipped to your address. Once the order is completed, you will receive a tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email so you can track the progress of your order.

Shipping time:

Switzerland : 5 to 8 working days

United Kingdom : 4 to 5 working days

European Union : 5 to 7 working days

United States : 5 to 8 business days

Please note that if you provide inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or if your order contains unverified details, the processing of your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We recommend that all customers thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout to avoid any potential delays.

DELIVERY

How long does it take for your products to be delivered?

We need 1-3 days to process and quality check your order and 4-6 days for delivery in Europe.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Switzerland and the EU.

Where do you deliver from?

Our offices are located in Switzerland. In order to offer the best prices on the market, Tanora works directly with producers and our products are only shipped on order to avoid storage costs. So if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Do you offer tracking information for the products?

Yes, a tracking number for your order will be provided once the package leaves our warehouse. If you would like more information on how to track your package, please contact us by email at info@tanora.co.



REFUND POLICY

I'm missing some items in my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately depending on the order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address info@tanora.co and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order and see where it is. If you need help tracking your package or have a query, please contact us by email at info@tanora.co.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers have with their items, however if you would like a refund for your order we can of course complete the payment if the dispute is made within 30 days of the order date. Please see our refund policy for more information.
